BillMark Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using BillMark, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. What BillMark does

BillMark is a simple invoice and estimate creation tool. It helps you create invoices and estimates, manage customers, save your business profile details, and export or share PDFs from your iPhone.

3. User responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing your invoices, estimates, customer details, totals, taxes, notes, and PDFs before sending or relying on them. BillMark does not verify the accuracy of the information you enter.

4. Not financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice

BillMark is not accounting, tax, legal, financial, or bookkeeping advice. It is a tool for creating documents. For advice about your specific situation, please consult a qualified professional.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Subscription purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through Apple and the App Store. You can manage your subscription in your Apple account settings.

6. BillMark Pro

BillMark Pro unlocks only the implemented premium features shown in the app, such as unlimited invoices and estimates and PDF sharing. Features may change as the app is updated.

7. Local data

BillMark stores your data locally on your device. You are responsible for your device and any backups. Deleting the app may delete locally stored BillMark data unless your device or Apple backup restores it.

8. Apple Standard EULA

Your use of the BillMark iOS app is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), unless a custom EULA is provided in App Store Connect. You can read Apple’s Standard EULA here: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

9. Limitation of liability

BillMark is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, JoJo Built is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the app, including errors in documents you create or send.
